Old French Doors, salvaged cypress weatherboard from historic Creole Townhouse built c.1830, hardware, and additional objects.  Created in collaboration with Renée Stout who concieved the additional weapons excuted by Odinga Tyehimba that hang from the Door. LAST SHOWN AT VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY. Previously shown in Santiago de Cuba and Havana, Cuba at the Visionary Aponte: Art & Black Freedom exhibition at King Juan Carlos of Spain Center at New York University, previously shown at Little Haiti Cultural Complex in Miami. Also shown at the Forum For Scholars and Publics at Duke University, Durham, North Carolina.  With each stop this piece travels to, it's price will increase.
